This rehab ranch in the above video was established in 1997. On this 6 acre men’s rehab ranch there are 100 men recovering from drugs & alcohol. Also on the ranch are over 40 severely elderly handicapped men & women. The men that are recovering from drugs & alcohol care for the elderly handicapped as part of the program to have the opportunity to serve. They go to chapel services twice a day and spend time reading their Bibles and praying on their personal time. God is doing great things in their lives. Some stay after the program to help and to minister to the new ones that come. For the past 10 years Leonso & Monica Alvarez have been the leaders. Leonso was saved and graduated from the program in 1999. His wife works with the elderly handicapped women. They are doing an awesome job and we praise God for them.

One of the women in a prison we visit said she was glad she was sent to prison so she could have the opportunity to hear the Word and accept the Lord in her life. She has experienced a new way of thinking and living! It is a blessing to see how the Lord has changed the lives of prisoners and watch them grow in the Lord even after they get out of prison. A great example of this change is one of the former prisoners who now serves on our staff. She has become a key part to our ministry in Mexico.
We have seen men come off the streets, their bodies close to death from the effects of alcohol and drug addiction, and watched the Lord change their lives. Their only desire now is to serve and live for Jesus.
Our ministry is so much more than just what we do! It’s the support from churches and individuals through their prayers and finances; it’s International Ministries equipping us; it’s the willingness on our part to be sent; and it’s the people God is using in Mexico to extend God’s goodness and His love to those who need a Savior.
It has been our privilege to serve in Mexico since 2006. We share God’s love by caring for people in need, teaching God’s Word, and winning the lost. We network with several churches, orphanages, and the men’s rehab ranch, where several building have been built through the work of visiting teams. We conduct Bible studies in the women’s and juvenile prisons and follow-up programs. Many people have come to Christ through our evangelistic outreaches. We also develop and equip leaders to spread the Good News with others.
“It’s not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD.” What a blessing it is to be a part of the family of God, working together to advance His Kingdom!
